The first Orc Woman is a drawing I did for a class project 3 years ago. I took the idea and made some tweaks to the design for the purpose of eventually transforming this character into a digital sculpture. These sketches show my process of creation.

Somalian Pirate High Poly
I've began the high poly model of my work. Most of my time spent on creating folds in the clothing. I've also began adding some facial details as well as far as wrinkles and hair. I adjusted the pockets to look more realistic as well.
Somalian Pirate Head
Now that the Torso is finished, I've added the head and the hat. The most important features for my pirate were the nose and the eyes, so I spent much of my time shaping those areas of the head. I added a separate mesh for the hair and the hat which I will manipulate in Mudbox later.
Somali Pirate Torso
I've continued on to the torso of my Pirate. I had some difficulty with creating the folds for the collar and pockets on the shirt but things worked out in my favor. It'll be easy to manipulate the mesh later in Mudbox when I transfer the work. For ow, I just want the impression that they're present.

Somali Pirate Feet
Continuing with my Somalian Pirate model, I'm beginning to flesh out the feet and sandals. I still have work to do as far as smoothing the top of the foot is concerned.
Somali Pirate Concept
This is a concept of a screwball character I aim to model. I am focusing on a bad guy character with a lot of attitude and energy. The style I want to use is something one would see in a cartoon movie, maybe Pixar or Dreamworks.
